Blind tasting is a fun exercice and really indicative of the wines's characteristics.

Maybe we will manage to guess the Appellation, even the vintage...

Great surprises wait to catch us up but we should trust our senses, more sharped than what we believe !

Some « gougères bourguignonnes » will be served.
